When it came time to sell our house, there was no question about using Mark as our agent. At our initial meeting, Mark presented us with in depth reports and information about sales in our area, as well as a recommended strategy.
Never did he push us to do as he said, but presented a solid argument to back his recommendations and said he would do whatever it was that we preferred. Mark came to do an appraisal and I instantly felt at ease with his knowledge of the local market and their ability to accurately price our home. From the moment we met Mark, along with Nicky and Brianna we felt very comfortable. We felt they genuinely loved our home of 30 years as much as we did.
