Shailer Parks Real Estate renaissance – House prices soar by up to 43.7%

Once considered too out of the way by city seekers & workers, Shailer Park has now become a highly sought- after location, emerging from its early beginnings into a cosmopolitan suburb with every convenience at resident’s doorsteps.

Families are spoilt for choice when it comes to schooling options with a stellar range of both private (Calvary Christian College, Chisolm Catholic College, John Paul College & Kimberly College) and public schools (Shailer Park, Kimberley Park & Daisy Hill) all within a 5kms radius, all serviced by regular bus routes.
