4 Erasmus Street was a whimsical Old Queenslander in desperate need of a loving new owner to restore it to its former glory. Having suffered from neglect, we can happily say that the home has now been lovingly restored and is being enjoyed by a lovely local family.
26 Parker St, Shailer Park
We will never forget this sale as it marked the beginning of the craziest period in real estate we have ever witnessed. Our first open home in January 2021 was at Parker Street, and took us by surprise, even capturing the local news attention as we had around 150+ people through the doors. Buyer’s were lined up in queues that snaked around the streets. Now that is what we call a RED HOT market.
147 Barokee Drive, Tanah Merah
The Sydney Opera House in Tanah Merah! Situated at the very peak of Barokee Drive and enjoying the most breathtaking views to the mountains, this incredible, architecturally designed residence is simply one of a kind. The design of the roofline of the home with its multiple soaring peaks was inspired by the Sydney Opera House. When we sold the home back in 2015 for $665,000 at auction, it was in need of TLC and an update. We are happy to say the home is now a total sensation having received a major renovation and overhaul. The value of this home today with it’s stunning renovations would lie well over double what it sold for back in 2015, making it quite possibly Tanah Merah’s finest residential property.

Literally everyone fell head over heels for this exquisite Hamptons residence. Straight out of the pages of Home Beautiful magazine, the home with its whimsical front façade has often admired by locals as one of the finest properties in the California Creek Estate. The landmark residence was built in 2017 and sold recently, setting a new record price in the process.

It is coming up to the 10th anniversary for our buyers of this colourful home that settled back in 2012. We titled the advertisement “MOOD BOOSTER”, as this home with its bright orange, blue and yellow colour palette was certainly cheerful.
