My initial meeting with Mark was at an open house. I found him very professional and easy to approach. Not pushy at all. I explained that we would be selling soon and he stayed in contact. Giving me local market info. Once again not pushy. When the time came to list we called Mark. Mark and his wife Nicky were great. They gave us great advice to stage our house and helped out. Stress Free Sale

From the moment we met Mark, along with Nicky and Brianna we felt very comfortable.  We felt they genuinely loved our home of 30 years as much as we did.  Mark outlined the whole procedure of the sale from advertising to Completion, without the slightest pressure for us to sign with them.  Meanwhile Nicky was taking notes and already mentally preparing her fantastic description of the property – something for which she is truly gifted.   We were extremely pleased a couple of days later to hear they had a buyer from their extensive database.  We felt the team kept us informed throughout the whole procedure which certainly went a long way towards creating a Stress Free Sale!

Mark is a very experienced, professional and pleasant agent to deal with.
